大紫芋頭糕加入來自沖繩的甜紫薯,平衡芋頭獨有的清香之餘, 亦可帶來雙重的軟糯口感。嚴選香港老字號三興隆臘肉及臘腸、日本干貝及冬菇、泰國生曬蝦米,亦講究使用五香粉、有機葵花籽油、龍舌蘭糖漿及海鹽等以取代傳統重調味品, 換上天然無負擔的清新口感。

Our taro cake is freshly made to order in small batches by hand with no additives or preservatives. We carefully source the best ingredients including Okinawa purple sweet potato, western Guangzhou Nai Po taro, locally-famous Sam Hing Lung rose wine sausages and cured pork belly to create a light, refreshing flavour.
